Hi! My name is Rome Za and I'm the founder of Awaken The Warrior Within LLC. I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, Neuro linguistic Programming practitioner, Brazilian jiu jitsu professor, writer, speaker, and coach! 

Since 2011 I’ve helped transform the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual lives of thousands of people around the world by focusing on healing foods, healing movement, and a healing mind.

I teach students how to get unstuck, create a clear vision, and execute that vision into every area of their life. I teach them how to calm their spirit and transform their bodies and minds into lethal weapons. 

My mission is to inspire and empower others to tap into their inner warrior and create a resilient and vibrant body and mind. 

My own awakening began…

… After being sick for most of my life, at the age of 22 I hit a fork in the road, or as some might say rock bottom…  

At that time I was truly broken… 

My immune system was destroyed… 

My skin was breaking out…

I had insufferable migraines multiple times a week… 

I was taking antibiotics/anti-fungals regularly…

I would get sick every time I would start training hard…

I had digestive issues… Hemorrhoids… Stomach pain…

I didn’t know what to do anymore, I felt like a test dummy that the doctors would poke, prod, and try different medications on to see what the effect would be.  

I had disabling injuries to my spine and shoulders…

And a dark part of me wanted to end it all...

Then at a breaking point, by chance, I met a healer that started me on my journey of healing by self experimentation and self improvement. 

He sparked my interest for healing foods, healing movements, and developing a warrior mindset that is resilient to massive stress. 

These three pillars form the foundation of every product or program I’ve created since then. With this simple philosophy I’ve helped thousands of people around the world tap into their inner warrior, develop inner peace and a healthier body and mind.

Awaken is a 6 week guided meditation program designed to be used for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening to help you rewire negative mental patterns, increase confidence and create the life of your dreams.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time per day is the investment in this program?

The first week is only 15-20 minutes a day. The 2nd - 6th weeks are 20 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening.

When should I expect to feel results from practicing this program?

Some students say they felt an effect on the first time practicing and others felt a shift in the first few weeks.If you commit to doing this every day you will feel a shift during this 6 week program.

What tools do I need to practice this?

Smart phone or computer, headphones, 15-30 minutes of quiet space. This program was designed so you could practice it anywhere.

Do I have to check-in in the community everyday?

Checking in is optional but it is highly recommended to get the full experience of the Awaken program. It is very empowering to support others and be supported during this 6 week journey.

Can I do this program with my friends/partner/child?

Yes for sure, it is definitely a more powerful and fulfilling experience doing this with someone in your non virtual life!
